The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring
There's a difference between a film audiences like and one that wins brackets. The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring does both — 61% across 94 head-to-head matchups. The opening chapter that proved fantasy could be cinema's grandest form. The sense of discovery is unrepeatable — voters who choose it are choosing the moment the impossible became real. It is the top-rated Peter Jackson film on BingeBracket. Decisions land in 0.9s on average — too fast for deliberation. This is pure instinct.
